Accountant Associate / Assistant

We are looking for an Accountant Associate / Assistant to join our Finance team. The candidate will handle daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records. E-commerce accounting experience is preferred. Previous experience in Dubai or GCC is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Record daily accounting transactions.
Prepare invoices and process payments.
Handle accounts receivable and payable.
Check and reconcile e-commerce sales and payments.
Follow up on customer payments.
Maintain customer and supplier records.
Perform bank and account reconciliations.
Assist with monthly reports and closing.
Maintain accounting documents and records.
Assist with audits and other finance tasks.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: 2–3 years.

Skills:
E-commerce accounting experience is preferred
Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks.
Good Excel skills.
Good communication and analytical skills.
