Accura is hiring Finance Operations Analyst (Work From home)
Type: Full-time, Remote
Open to: India
Shift: 5:00 pm – 2:00 am IST
Eligible batches: Class of 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage AP and AR, invoice processing, reconciliations and client budget management.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and thoroughly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer accounting issues professionally.
- Work independently while keeping clear communication with the team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying ways to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong customer support, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Prior experience in AP, AR, invoice processing or accounting operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
Fresh graduates with strong accounting fundamentals and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
