1. Department: Safety Department
Designation: Assistant Manager
Experience: 8-12 years in Safety within Pharmaceutical/API/Bulk Drug manufacturing operations.
Qualification: B.Sc. /M.Sc. / B.E./ B.Tech with PDIS, ADIS or AHIS preferred.
Key skill or job description:
• Compliance & Safety Systems: Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and corporate EHS requirements while sustaining Global Safety standards.
• Safety Culture & Training: Drive safety awareness programs, campaigns, Safety Week initiatives and conduct employee/contractor training.
• Audits, Inspections & Risk Management: Lead safety inspections, fire audits, safety walks, risk assessments and ensure closure of observations.
• Emergency & Incident Management: Conduct mock drills, emergency response training and drive incident/near-miss investigations through RCA and CAPPA.
• PSM & Operational Support: Manage permit systems, Safety Committee meetings, HAZOP/PSM activities, fire protection systems and support EHS improvement plans.
Who Can Apply
- Candidates holding a B.Sc., M.Sc., B.E., or B.Tech degree, ideally supplemented by specialized certifications like PDIS, ADIS, or AHIS.
