As-Built BIM Specialist

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in civil or Architecture

Skills:

Minimum 0- 2 years experience
Understanding of Point Cloud / Laser Scan data and reality capture.
Knowledge in Autodesk Navisworks, Cintoo or similar point-cloud platforms.
Basic understanding of Autodesk Forma and BIM workflows.
Good understanding of BIM coordination principles.
Understanding of construction processes, sequencing, project phases and site activities.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with BIM, engineering and project teams.
Willingness to learn new digital engineering and reality-capture technologies.
