Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with 3–6 years of experience in Python development to join our team. The
ideal candidate should have strong expertise in developing scalable backend applications, designing APIs, managing
databases, and building reliable server-side solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications.
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases to design and optimize data models and queries.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application performance issues and technical challenges.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Implement appropriate security measures, data validation, and error-handling mechanisms.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Contribute to technical discussions and continuously improve development practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Python.
• Strong understanding of Python programming concepts, data structures, and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Strong knowledge of REST API development and integration.
• Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security principles.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Knowledge of unit testing, debugging, and code optimization.
• Understanding of application deployment and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and task queues.
• Familiarity with Redis, Celery, or message brokers.
