NDimensionZ Solutions, at Carnival Infopark, Kochi, is hiring a Business Development Manager with 10+ years of sales and marketing experience to lead IT services sales.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred)
Skills
- Salesforce CRM and marketing technology platforms
- B2B campaign planning across SEO/SEM, email, LinkedIn and events
- Lead generation and scoring (including LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Deal negotiation and key account management
- Leadership, communication and stakeholder management
- Willingness to travel
Responsibilities
- Set sales strategies for IT services and manage revenue targets, quotas and KPIs
- Lead, recruit and coach the sales team
- Plan and run integrated marketing campaigns, content and trade show participation
- Own lead generation and manage end-to-end deal cycles
- Conduct market and competitor research
