Flycatch Infotech is hiring a Business Development Executive with social media responsibility for on-site work in Ernakulam, with local travel for events. Most time goes to lead generation and events.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Commerce or a related field (MBA is a plus, not required)
Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English; Hindi or Arabic is a strong advantage
- Public speaking and in-person networking
- LinkedIn skills (outreach, content, ideally Sales Navigator)
- CRM experience (for example Zoho or HubSpot)
- Use of AI tools for content and productivity
- Basic analytics (reach, engagement, lead source data)
Responsibilities
- Business development and lead generation for clients in India and abroad
- Events and representation of the company
- Social media and visibility management using AI tools
