Role Summary:
We are looking for a result-oriented professional with 2–6 years of experience in outbound cold calling, preferably in the US market, to engage potential clients, promote our IT services, drive conversions, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to US-based prospects and decision-makers.
Engage clients, understand their requirements, and present our IT services.
Handle client conversations, objections, and follow-ups.
Drive lead conversions, negotiate, and close deals.
Maintain client records and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements:
2–6 years of experience in cold calling and business development.
Excellent English communication and client-handling skills.
Experience in deal closure and conversions.
IT services experience is an added advantage.
Comfortable working in the US night shift.
