Designation: Sr. Executive / AM – Process Engineering & Technical Support
Experience: 8–12 years in Process Engineering, Greenfield and Brownfield Projects, technology transfer for API/chemical manufacturing, pilot plant studies, project management, process improvement, project coordination and engineering support functions.
Qualification: B.E. (Chemical)
Key skill or job description:
- Preparing, reviewing and approving engineering documents and calculations, including equipment lists, PFDs, P&IDs, mass and energy balances, and pump hydraulics.
- Equipment and line sizing, PSV design, SOPs, control philosophies, Cause & Effect matrices, technical specifications and technical bid analysis.
- Preparing instrument data sheets and conceptual plant layouts.
- Supporting technology transfer, pilot plant trials and scale-up from R&D to commercial production.
- Translating lab-scale data into scalable industrial processes.
- Process design, project coordination and commissioning of new plant installations.
- Implementing plant modifications to improve productivity, yield and product quality, reduce batch cycle time, and lower energy consumption.
- Coordinating with OEMs, clients, consultants and internal teams for project execution.
- Product mapping and batch cycle time estimation.
- Leading safety reviews, including PSSR, PHA and HAZOP studies.
- Supporting process automation and SCADA systems, including developing, testing and validating functional logic and control protocols.
- Handling other assigned process engineering and technology support functions.
