Client Marketing Coordinator

Description
As the Client Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the critical link between our clients and our in-house creative team. Your role is to ensure every marketing request is clearly understood, flawlessly executed, and delivered on time. From listing flyers to promotional videos and social content, you’ll help turn client needs into compelling visual assets—efficiently and consistently.
You don’t need to be a designer—but you do need an eye for detail, a love for communication, and the organizational skills to keep things moving smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients requesting marketing materials.
• Gather all necessary information and translate client needs into clear briefs for the design and video editing team.
• Coordinate task timelines, provide updates, and ensure on-time delivery of all assets.
• Review and proof materials before sending to clients to ensure quality and brand alignment.
• Maintain a structured tracking system for requests, feedback, revisions, and approvals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify commonly needed materials and propose template-driven solutions.
• Occasionally assist with scheduling or organizing social media content
• Contribute ideas for improving internal workflows and elevating the client experience.

Requirements
• Exceptional communication skills—you’re clear, responsive, and professional in every interaction.
• A natural multitasker who can prioritize and manage multiple projects without letting anything slip.
• A knack for interpreting creative requests and providing helpful feedback to both clients and designers.
• Familiarity with marketing material formats such as flyers, social media graphics, short videos, and listing assets.
• A proactive mindset—you look for ways to make the process smoother for everyone involved.
• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing coordination, project support, or client services role.

Work Location: Work from Office- Inforpark Koratty, Thrissur
Work time: 6:00pm to 3:00am
