Damaged and Infected Seed Screening: Identify and screen damaged or infected seeds on a lot-wise and variety-wise basis.
Fumigation and Spraying: Ensure fumigation and spraying activities are carried out on schedule and according to approved safety procedures.
Cold Storage Management: Shift suitable seed lots to cold storage and maintain accurate storage records.
Production and Quality Control: Meet production targets while maintaining product quality and ensuring timely delivery.
Resource Utilization: Allocate manpower and other resources effectively to improve operational efficiency and use plant assets properly.
