Job Details
Al Tomouh IT is hiring a Commercial Executive with 1–2 years of experience at its Infopark Phase 1 office in Kochi to support the GCCD team in Muscat.
Minimum Qualifications
- B.Com, BBA or a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field
Skills
- Good MS Excel and MS Office skills
- Oracle/ERP knowledge preferred
- Numerical ability and attention to detail
- Documentation and follow-up skills
Responsibilities
- Process POs, vendor invoices, payment certificates and commercial transactions
- Check supporting documents and PO/GRN/SCN references for completeness
- Maintain trackers for POs, invoices, payments, contracts, billing and collections
- Prepare periodic commercial MIS and exception reports
- Maintain electronic filing, document control and audit trails
- Follow up on pending documents and escalate overdue items to the Muscat team
