1) Executive / Supervisor / Officer
Department: Production (OSD)
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 3–10 years
Key Responsibilities: Manufacturing operations, granulation, coating and capsule filling; production planning, batch records, IQ/OQ/PQ qualification documents, cGMP, safety and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with QC and Warehouse, equipment maintenance, calibration tracking and team training.
2) Granulation / Coating / Capsule Operator
Department: Production (OSD)
Qualification: ITI / Diploma
Experience: 3–7 years
Key Responsibilities: Experience with FBP top-spray granulation, coating or capsule filling machines; machine setup, changeover, line clearance, routine checks, production documentation, logbooks and batch records. Follow GMP, SOP and data integrity practices; coordinate with QA and Engineering and perform basic troubleshooting during shift work.
3) Executive / Supervisor / Officer
Department: Production (External Manufacturing / Ointment / Gel / Cream)
Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 4–8 years
Key Responsibilities: Ointment and topical manufacturing and packing, production planning and targets, BMR/BPR/SOP documentation, GMP and shop-floor management, deviations, change controls, discrepancy handling, operator training and daily production reports.
4) Manufacturing / Filling / Packing Operator
Department: Production (External Manufacturing / Ointment / Gel / Cream)
Qualification: ITI / Diploma
Experience: 4–5 years
Key Responsibilities: Semisolid manufacturing and filling as per SOP and GMP; IMA-PG equipment experience preferred. Machine setup, changeover, line clearance, routine checks, documentation, logbooks, batch records and data integrity. Coordinate with QA and Engineering, troubleshoot issues and work in shifts.
5) HPLC Analyst
Department: QC
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm
Experience: 6–8 years
Key Responsibilities: HPLC analysis of raw materials, finished products and in-process samples.
6) Dissolution and Chemical Analyst
Department: QC
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm
Experience: 2–5 years
Key Responsibilities: Dissolution testing, Karl Fischer, Auto Titrator, UV, ICP-OES/MS and other chemical analysis.
7) QC Reviewer
Department: QC
Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm
Experience: 8–10 years
Key Responsibilities: GMP document review, raw material and finished product analytical data review, and analytical instrument troubleshooting.
