Experienced Shift in Charge to Manage daily manufacturing Operations, ensuring Strict cGMP, Safety and regulatory Compliance. Key duties include production planning & ensuring execution as per plan, preparing batch records and qualification documents (IQ/OQ/PQ) and coordinating with QC/ Warehouse for uninterrupted workflow. Responsible for equipment maintenance, calibration tracking and leading team training to ensure minimal downtime and high-quality output.
