Data Analytics Lead

5–8 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence

Key Responsibilities

Work with business and marketing stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into clear requirements.
Query, analyse, and validate data in BigQuery against source systems and business definitions.
Define and maintain consistent business metrics and KPIs across teams.
Develop prototypes, analyses, and dashboards, and refine them based on stakeholder feedback.
Apply segmentation, cohort analysis, trend analysis, statistical testing, and forecasting to solve business problems.
Present insights clearly to senior stakeholders and provide data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with data engineers on data requirements, quality, and pipeline needs.

Skill set
5–8 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence
Advanced SQL, working knowledge of BigQuery, and Python for data analysis.
Strong foundation in statistics and mathematics.
Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Looker Studio, or Power BI.
Proven ability to gather requirements, clarify ambiguity, and challenge conflicting business requests.
Strong communication skills with the confidence to ask difficult questions and provide constructive pushback.
Proven track record of delivering prototypes and managing analytics initiatives from request to delivery.
