Edstem Technologies is hiring a Data Engineer for work from office in Trivandrum. Immediate joiners are preferred, and candidates with up to 15 days' notice are also considered.
Skills
- Python, SQL and PySpark or Apache Spark
- Cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery or Databricks
- PostgreSQL, MySQL and NoSQL systems
- AWS, GCP or Azure exposure
- Workflow orchestration with Apache Airflow or Prefect
- Excellent English and fluent Malayalam
Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines from batch and streaming sources
- Create and optimize data models for warehouses, data lakes and data marts
- Identify and resolve pipeline bottlenecks
- Implement data validation, quality monitoring and governance controls
- Support analysts, data scientists and business stakeholders
