💼 Experience: 3–6 Years
🌙 Shift: US Shift / Night Shift
🎓 Qualification: MBA – HR / MHRM / PGDM – HR

What you’ll be working on:

• HR Business Partnering & Employee Relations
• Employee Engagement & Culture Initiatives
• Grievance Handling & Conflict Resolution
• Performance Management & Employee Lifecycle
• HR Policies & Process Improvements
• HR Analytics, Dashboards & Reporting

What we’re looking for:

✔ Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
✔ Hands-on experience in HRBP/Employee Relations
✔ Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities
✔ Experience driving employee engagement initiatives
✔ A proactive mindset with strong ownership
✔ Willingness to work in a US/Night Shift

Experience in IT/ITES, BPO, or Technology environments will be an added advantage.
