Minimum Qualifications
- CCIE R&S/Data Centre
- at least two mid-level network-security certifications such as Cisco or Palo Alto
- ITIL certification preferred

- Provide 24×7 on-call support for high-severity incidents
- Perform maintenance, health checks, upgrades and rule-set reviews
