About the job

As a Full Stack Developer at NewAgeSys, you’ll build fully-fledged platforms using a range of different technologies. You’ll be involved in the entire product development lifecycle including the design, development, deployment and maintenance of new and existing features. You’ll write clean and functional code on the front- and back-end. You’ll collaborate closely with our development team to ensure system consistency and to create a great user experience. You’ll write reusable and maintainable code. You’ll optimize web design for mobile for maximum speed. You’ll also perform UI tests to optimize performance. Ultimately, your work will have a direct impact on the stability and user experience of our products.

Full Stack Developer Responsibilities:

Comfortable working with both front-end and back-end technologies.

Strong knowledge of backend technologies and JavaScript frameworks, with mandatory experience in Node.js and React.js/Next.js.

Good understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

Familiarity with web servers, API development, and UI/UX principles.

Experience in testing, debugging, and application optimization.

Strong eye for clean layouts and user-friendly design.

Passion for learning new technologies and implementing innovative solutions.

Develop and maintain scalable front-end and back-end web applications.

Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.

Build and manage servers, databases, and APIs for application functionality.

Ensure cross-platform compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

Collaborate with designers and team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Understand and address both technical and business requirements.

Stay updated with the latest trends in web development and programming.

Mentor and support junior team members when required.

Full Stack Developer Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js and React.js/Next.js.

Strong understanding of server architectures, REST APIs, distributed systems, and microservices.

Experience using GitHub or similar version control systems.

Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.

Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Strong experience in server-side development using Node.js.

Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

Good problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
