Job Details
Manager role overseeing private-credit fund-services and NAV operations for Alter Domus clients.
Lead 10-12 staff; oversee NAV calculation, accounting/reporting, audits, investor reports, performance returns, capital activities, SOC1 controls, client relationships and process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
Skills
- Private-credit fund structures, syndicated loans, direct lending, mezzanine debt, CLOs, capital calls/distributions, waterfall calculations, loan accounting, cash reconciliations, team leadership, Excel/financial analysis
Responsibilities
