Graphic Designer – Datasheets & Technical Layout Specialist

Location: Koratty Infopark, Kerala (On-site)
Experience: 2 -3 Years (Strong Adobe InDesign expertise is mandatory)

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Adobe InDesign to create and manage technical datasheets, product catalogues, brochures, manuals, and corporate literature. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented layout specialist who can handle complex technical content while maintaining high design standards.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Datasheets & Document Layouts:
1. Design and produce product datasheets, catalogues, brochures, manuals, and company profiles using Adobe InDesign.
2. Create and maintain master templates, style sheets, parent pages, grids, and reusable document systems.
3. Convert content from Word, Excel, PDFs, and supplier documents into professional branded layouts without compromising technical accuracy.
4. Create and format complex specification tables, ordering tables, feature lists, and technical data sheets.
5. Manage document revisions, version control, and file organization.
6. Deliver print-ready and web-ready PDFs with proper preflight and packaging standards.
7. Proofread technical content against source documents to ensure accuracy.

Graphics & Technical Illustrations:
1. Retouch, enhance, and optimize product images using Adobe Photoshop.
2. Create and redraw technical diagrams, vector illustrations, icons, and drawings using Adobe Illustrator.
3. Prepare compliance marks, product graphics, and technical visual assets.

Creative Design Support:
1. Design marketing posters, product campaigns, and social media creatives.
2. Create and enhance visuals using AI image-generation tools and Photoshop.

8. Strong Adobe Photoshop skills

10. Excellent typography, layout, and grid design knowledge
11. Understanding of print production, colour modes, bleed, and resolution
12. High attention to detail, especially when handling technical specifications, units, symbols, and data tables
13. Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro
14. Experience with AI-powered design tools is an advantage

Preferred Profile

1. Experience creating technical datasheets, catalogues, brochures, product literature, or multi-page publications.
2. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
3. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
4. Important: Applications must include a portfolio showcasing multi-page InDesign projects such as datasheets, catalogues, brochures, or technical documents. Portfolios without technical layout work will not be considered.
