About the Role

Gravity Business Process Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about visual storytelling, branding, digital marketing, and AI-assisted design.

Responsibilities:

1. Design social media creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
2. Create visually appealing graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
3. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams on campaign requirements.
4. Develop creative concepts and design solutions for digital and print media.
5. Utilize AI-powered design tools to enhance productivity and creativity.
6. Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.

Requirements:

1. 0-1 year of experience in Graphic Design (Freshers can apply).
2. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
3. Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or similar design tools.
4. Strong creative thinking and visual design skills.
5. Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
6. Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar AI-powered design platforms.
7. A portfolio showcasing academic, freelance, internship, or personal design projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
2. Experience creating social media and digital marketing creatives.
3. Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is an added advantage.
4. Interest in AI-assisted content and design workflows.
