Skills
- Funnel and cohort analytics in GA4, Mixpanel or Amplitude
- Paid acquisition on Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn
- SEO and content-led acquisition
- Lifecycle messaging tools such as HubSpot, Customer.io or Intercom
- Experimentation at volume and managing a small team
Responsibilities
- Own the growth plan, quarterly targets and funnel numbers
- Manage the paid budget
- Run the experimentation roadmap
- Build growth reporting and metric definitions
- Lead and mentor a small team
