Key skill or job description:
- Supervising daily production activities in agrochemical plant
- Ensuring batch process execution as per SOP & BPR
- Monitoring process parameters, yield & quality
- Handling equipment like reactors, distillian, crastallizers, filters, dryers
- Maintaining safety, housekeeping & cGMP compliance
- Coordination with QC, Maintenance & Stores teams
- Shift supervision and manpower management
