2) Department: Engineering & Maintenance – Electrical
Designation: Junior Officer
Experience: 2–4 Years
Key Skills: Electrical maintenance, preventive and breakdown maintenance, HT/LT systems, troubleshooting and contractor coordination.
3) Department: Engineering & Maintenance – Maintenance
Designation: Officer
Experience: 3–6 Years
Key Skills: Preventive and breakdown maintenance, chemical plant equipment maintenance, HVAC and utility systems, cGMP and regulatory compliance, SAP/ERP, spare management, plant modifications and projects, audit preparation, SOP documentation, vendor and contractor management, budget control, cost optimization, root cause analysis, team leadership and safety compliance.
4) Department: Engineering & Maintenance – Field Instrumentation
Designation: Officer
Experience: 3–4 Years
Key Skills: Instrumentation maintenance, calibration, PLC/DCS systems, loop checking, troubleshooting, preventive and breakdown maintenance, GMP compliance, GDP documentation, CAPA, change control, risk assessment, vendor coordination and technical support.
5) Department: Engineering & Maintenance – Automation
Designation: Automation Engineer / Executive
Experience: 6–8 Years
Key Skills: Experience with Rockwell products, including Allen-Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix and MicroLogix), HMI, SCADA, programming and troubleshooting, RSLogix 5000, FactoryTalk View SE/ME, Ethernet, Modbus and ControlNet communication protocols, and computer system validation as per GAMP and QMS.
Additional Engineering Skills
CAPEX planning and project execution, equipment commissioning and installation, vendor and contractor management, team leadership, manpower management, spare parts and asset management, audit handling, regulatory readiness, MIS reporting and continuous improvement.
