What you’ll be doing:
✨ Handle end-to-end recruitment
✨ Source, screen & engage talent
✨ Partner with hiring managers
✨ Coordinate interviews & offers
✨ Build strong talent pipelines
✨ Support other core HR activities
What we’re looking for:
✔️ 3–5 years of recruitment experience
✔️ IT/Software recruitment experience preferred
✔️ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✔️ Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment
