Educational Qualification
- Educational Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from a recognized University/Institute.
- Experience: Minimum 02 years of relevant post-qualification professional experience.
- Essential Skills: Ability to prepare, update, and manage drawings and basic technical data in digital interfaces; high proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Data Analytics, and Report writing.
- Desirable Skills: Knowledge of BIM / Revit software; proficiency in drafting architectural/civil drawings using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
- Relaxation: 5% marks relaxation for SC/ST candidates.

Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria must report directly for the Walk-in Test / Interview on 13/10/2026 at 11:00 AM at the DDSP office, IIT Delhi, Hauz Khas, New Delhi. Candidates will be evaluated by the Selection Committee on their qualifications, technical CAD/BIM drafting capabilities, data analytics experience, and performance in the personal interview. The post may be downgraded as per discretion of the Selection Committee if no candidate is found suitable for the post.

Consolidated pay slab of ₹64,260 – 66,190 – 68,180 – 70,220 – 72,330 – 74,500 – 76,730 – 79,030 – 81,400 – 83,840/- per month plus 30% HRA under IIT Delhi IRD project appointment rules.
Contractual appointment on consolidated pay slab renewable yearly or up to the duration of the project (29/10/2028), whichever is earlier. Monthly slab: ₹64,260 – 66,190 – 68,180 – 70,220 – 72,330 – 74,500 – 76,730 – 79,030 – 81,400 – 83,840/- plus 30% HRA (initial gross starting remuneration approx. ₹83,538/- p.m.).
