Infosys is hiring Specialist Programmer (Trainee)
Experience: 0 to 2 years

- Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop full-stack applications and enterprise-grade platforms using modern frameworks
- Apply AI in software engineering
- Work collaboratively in dynamic teams
- Technology Areas:
- Java microservices: Java/JEE, Spring Boot, Cloud Foundry, Docker
- Big data and ML: Hadoop HDFS, Hive, Spark, Storm, Kafka, Spark MLlib, Azure ML
- Functional programming: Scala, Akka, Play
- Scripting and NoSQL: React.js, Angular.js, Express.js, Node.js, MongoDB, Cassandra
- DevOps and IoT: Puppet/Chef, Docker, Kubernetes/Mesos, Jenkins, Git, Jira, Maven/Gradle
Compensation:
Specialist Programmer L3 (Trainee): INR 21 LPA
Specialist Programmer L2 (Trainee): INR 16 LPA
Specialist Programmer L1 (Trainee): INR 10 LPA plus INR 1 Lakh joining bonus
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Eligibility:
UG/PG graduates from the 2024, 2025 or 2026 batch
Work experience:
Up to 2 years (0 to 2 years)
Focus:
Core programming as an individual contributor
Key Expectations:
Write high-performance, high-quality, scalable and extensible code in procedural, object-oriented and script-oriented languages
Provide solutions with minimum system requirements, working in Agile mode
Work across multiple technology platforms and languages (application, integration, DB, specific OS), including performance tuning and modularity
Co-create and develop new products and platforms for clients
Contribute to open source and continuously upskill in the latest technologies
Incubate tech user groups and hold internal and external meetups
Contribute end to end, from requirements through testing to production-ready code
