Experience: 12–14 years in polymer compounding, extrusion, masterbatch or process manufacturing.
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Polymer, Plastics, Chemical, Mechanical or Production Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end plant operations and plant P&L.
Lead safety, production, OEE, maintenance, cost, inventory and EBITDA.
2) Department: Quality Assurance & Quality Control
Designation: Head – Quality Assurance & Quality Control
Work Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Experience: 8–12 years in polymers, plastics, masterbatch, chemicals or allied manufacturing.
Qualification: Degree in Polymer, Plastics, Chemical, Materials or Mechanical Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Own QMS, laboratory, incoming, in-process and finished-product quality.
Lead traceability, CAPA, 8D, audits, customer complaints and quality improvement.
