1) Manager / Senior Manager – Manufacturing (Downstream)
Department: Manufacturing – Downstream
Qualification: M.Sc. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Biotechnology, Biochemistry or Microbiology
Experience: 15–20 years
Job Location: Intas Plasma Fractionation Centre, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly production plans and ensure their execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth production operations.
- Prepare and review BPCR, IQ, OQ, PQ protocols, PV protocols and URS.
- Handle deviations and change controls while ensuring cGMP practices in the production area.
- Handle production-related SAP activities.
- Train subordinates in cGMP practices, equipment handling and manufacturing processes.
- Review written procedures, SOPs, validation protocols, validation reports and other documents.
- Execute performance qualification (PQ) and process validation (PV) of manufacturing equipment as per approved protocols.
- Coordinate with third parties for validation, equipment procurement and material procurement.
