- Online Examination: All candidates are selected first through an online exam. For Post Code 01 the exam has 100 questions/100 marks in 2 hours covering English (25Q, 30 minutes) and Professional Knowledge (75Q, 90 minutes). For other posts the exam has 100 questions/100 marks in 2 hours covering English (25Q, 30 minutes), General Awareness (25Q, 30 minutes) and Professional Knowledge (50Q, 60 minutes). Minimum qualifying marks in the online exam are 35% for unreserved and 30% for reserved candidates. Wrong answers attract a 1/4th mark penalty; no penalty for unattempted questions.
- Personal Interview: Candidates who qualify the online exam go to a personal interview carrying a maximum of 100 marks. Interview assesses role-related industry exposure, subject knowledge, and communication skills. Minimum qualifying marks for the interview are 50% for unreserved and 45% for reserved candidates.
- Final Merit List: The final merit is prepared with 80% weightage to the Online Examination and 20% weightage to the Interview.
