1) Department: Production/PPA (API)
Designation: Technician
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Qualification: 12th / ITI / Diploma in Relevant Field
Key Skills / Job Description:
Responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing processes. Follow SOP and adhere to safety and quality standards. Maintain production records.
2) Department: Production/PPA (API)
Designation: Chemist
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Qualification: UG/PG in Relevant Field
Key Skills / Job Description:
Charging and monitoring process batches as per SOP / BPCR as applicable with the help of operators / technicians.
Supervise the working of operators / technicians as per SOP / BPCR.
Keep the equipment, utensils, samplers, intermediates, materials and required containers in proper status as per SOP applicable.
3) Department: Production (API)
Designation: Officer / Executive / QMS
Experience: 4–6 Years
Qualification: UG/PG in Relevant Field
Key Skills / Job Description:
To give requisition to QA for BPCR as per plans and issue BPCR from QA department.
To give raw materials requisition to Store department by SCM on daily basis as per plans.
To review daily reports containing functioning of the plant in all respects, covering shortage.
To maintain production facilities in a clean manner and ensure any change in process is demonstrated at shop floor level.
To implement and review CAPA, revision and change of Standard Operating Procedure and Batch Production and Control Record.
Software-related activity (SCM/HRMS/IMS/LMS/EDMS/Access Management System/Trackwise QMS).
4) Department: PPA
Designation: Officer / QMS
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Qualification: UG/PG in Relevant Field
Key Skills / Job Description:
Responsible for operating, monitoring and maintaining powder processing equipment, ensuring filtration, drying, weighing, packing and documentation are performed as per SOPs and BPCR.
Also responsible for overseeing SOPs and documentation of PP Area, handling QMS tasks like deviations, change controls, CAPA and documentation updates in Trackwise.
5) Department: Quality Control
Designation: Chemist
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Qualification: UG/PG in Relevant Field
Key Skills / Job Description:
Responsible for finished product, stability and raw material analysis; particle size analysis; water testing; instrument calibration; LIMS/One Lab software handling; OOS/OOT analysis; method verification; solution preparation; documentation; SOP compliance and laboratory cleanliness.
6) Department: Quality Control
Designation: Executive / Officer
Experience: 4–6 Years
Qualification: UG/PG in Relevant Field
Key Skills / Job Description:
Good knowledge of chromatographic practices i.e. HPLC & GC chromatography with Chromeleon 7.2 software.
Review of HPLC, GC and non-chromatographic analysis.
Handling laboratory incidents related to GC and HPLC.
Knowledge of investigation of OOS / OOT and CAPA through Trackwise software.
Troubleshooting of analytical instruments like GC, HPLC and non-chromatographic instruments.
Experience in facing regulatory audits.
Planning for daily routine analysis.
Basic knowledge of validation (AMV / AMT).
