Jac Group is hiring Customer Support Manager (Building Project Coordination & Pre-Hung Door Installation Coordination)
Qualification: BE, B.Tech or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Experience in building project coordination and pre-hung door installation coordination is required
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to coordinate multiple projects
Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
Knowledge of building materials/construction processes and door installation methods
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting
Location: Thiruvalla
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide technical support
- Coordinate with building projects, consultants, and contractors
- Coordinate supply, site installation, and handover of pre-hung doors (door + frame)
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, production, planning, logistics)
- Ensure timely execution and resolution of customer issues
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Prepare reports and follow up for project progress
