Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain system architectures.
Define system requirements and operational concepts.
Perform technology assessments and trade studies.
Manage system design activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with customer and defence standards.
Support verification, validation, and requirements management.
Provide technical leadership to engineering teams.
Work with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Support future capability development and project proposals.
Required Qualifications
Degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience in Systems Engineering.
Knowledge of system architecture development.
Understanding of V-Model and engineering lifecycle.
Experience with requirements management tools.
Knowledge of TOGAF, MODAF, NAF, or similar frameworks.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
Chartered Engineer (CEng) status.
Experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler, Enterprise Architect, or Sparx EA.
Knowledge of cyber security and defence standards.
Experience in defence, aerospace, maritime, or related industries.
