Japanese Language Market Research Analyst, Kochi/Chennai

Role: Junior Market Research Analyst ( with Japanese Language Skills)
Location: Kochi or Chennai, India (Work from Office)

About the Role: We are looking for a Junior Market Research Analyst with Japanese language skills to support our Business Development activities in expanding ThinkPalm’s presence in the Japan market.
The role will primarily focus on market research, company and industry analysis, prospect identification, database building, and lead research across targeted
technology and industry segments in Japan.

Experience Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in Market Research, Business Research, Lead Generation, Sales Support, Business Development Support, or a
similar role.
Japanese Language Skills: JLPT N3 or higher is required.
Experience working with Japanese companies or the Japan market is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market and company research using Japanese websites, search engines, business directories, industry portals, and other relevant sources.
Identify and research target companies, industries, technology trends, and potential business opportunities in Japan.
Build and maintain targeted company and prospect databases based on defined industries, technologies, and business segments.
Identify relevant decision-makers and key contacts, such as CTOs/CIOs/Engineering Heads/Technology Managers/Business Unit Heads.
Research and validate prospect information, including company profile, industry, technology focus, key contacts, and business relevance.
Support the BD team with account research and prospect intelligence before customer outreach and meetings.
Monitor Japanese technology and industry trends, competitor activities, partnerships, and emerging opportunities.
Maintain updated research data in CRM/internal databases
