Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates will support the daily operation and maintenance activities of the solar power plant. Key responsibilities include:
Supporting day-to-day operations and maintenance activities at the solar plant.
Assisting with electrical maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting and fault rectification.
Working on HT/LT panels, transformers, inverters and other electrical systems.
Coordinating with the site team and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
Following electrical safety procedures and maintaining quality standards.
Assisting in identifying electrical faults and supporting preventive maintenance activities.
Qualification and Required Skills
Candidates should have an ITI qualification in Electrical Engineering. Applicants with previous experience in electrical maintenance, industrial electrical systems or solar power plant O&M activities will be preferred.
An electrical licence is preferable. Basic knowledge of solar power plant operations and maintenance will be an added advantage.
