Jr Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1 year of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual design, branding, social media creatives, and digital marketing requirements. You will work closely with the marketing, content, SEO, and development teams to create engaging visual content for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging graphics for social media platforms, websites, blogs, advertisements, and digital campaigns.
Design social media posts, banners, promotional creatives, infographics, presentations, and marketing materials.
Understand creative briefs and convert concepts and requirements into visually appealing designs.
Work closely with the content and marketing teams to develop campaign creatives.
Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, typography, colors, and visual identity.
Resize and adapt creatives according to different platforms and requirements.
Support the creation of graphics for Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and other digital marketing activities.
Edit and enhance images, photographs, and other visual assets when required.
Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and digital design practices.
Manage multiple design tasks and deliver creatives within assigned timelines.
Make revisions based on feedback from team leads, clients, or internal stakeholders.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Experience with Figma, Canva, or other design tools is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
Basic understanding of social media design requirements and digital advertising creatives.
Good image editing and photo-retouching skills.
Ability to create original and creative visual concepts.
Good attention to detail and consistency.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different teams.
Good communication and time-management skills.

Experience
1 year of professional experience in Graphic Design.
Experience in a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, or similar environment is an advantage.

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant portfolio demonstrating design skills is required.
