1. Department: Production
Designation: Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager – Production
Experience: 8 to 15 Years in Continuous Chemical / Petrochemical Manufacturing Plant
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical or Petrochemical Engineering
Key skill or job description:
• Control Room (DCS) Operation: Hands-on experience of DCS in any continuous process plant.
• Field Patrols: Managing the field operation through shift team member.
• Permit to Work (PTW): Issue and sign-off on work permits, executing LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) to ensure safe maintenance conditions.
• IMS System: Knowledge of IMS system (Like HIRA, Aspect-Impact etc.)
• Man power management: Effective utilization of respective shift man power.
• Candidates with Continuous Process Plant and DCS experience will be preferred.
