Minimum Qualifications
- LLB or equivalent law degree from a recognised institution (Bar council enrolment welcome but not required)
Skills
- Writing for non-lawyer audiences, with a writing sample
- Working familiarity with data protection law or ability to learn a regulatory area quickly
- Tracking privacy laws across jurisdictions such as GDPR and CCPA
- Using AI tools for research and drafting while verifying citations
Responsibilities
- Monitor global privacy developments and flag what matters
- Write regulation explainers, jurisdiction guides, checklists and whitepapers
- Serve as legal accuracy reviewer for marketing and product content
- Support escalated customer compliance queries
