Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in CRM integration development and support. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM, Azure Integration Services, Azure Data Factory, APIs, Dataverse, SQL, and enterprise system integrations.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external applications, databases, and enterprise platforms while ensuring security, reliability, performance, and data quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CRM Integration Development

* Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM, external applications, databases, and enterprise platforms.
* Work with Dataverse, CRM APIs, and the D365 data model to support seamless data exchange and business processes.
* Develop scalable and reliable integration solutions based on business and technical requirements.

2. Azure Data Factory

* Build and manage Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and synchronization.
* Develop data mappings and transformation logic to ensure data quality and consistency.
* Optimize data integration processes for performance and reliability.

3. API Development & Integration

* Develop, consume, secure, and troubleshoot REST and SOAP APIs.
* Work with JSON, OAuth, and OpenAPI/Swagger standards.
* Ensure secure and reliable communication between CRM and external systems.

4. Azure Integration Services

* Implement both real-time and batch integrations using Azure Integration Services.
* Work with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Event Grid.
* Design integration workflows that support business processes and enterprise system connectivity.

5. Database & Data Management

* Develop and optimize SQL queries for integration and data processing requirements.
* Create and maintain data mappings and transformation logic.
* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across integrated systems.

6. Monitoring & Troubleshooting

* Monitor CRM integrations and connected systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
* Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across CRM and downstream systems.
* Identify technical issues and implement appropriate corrective solutions.

7. Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

* Collaborate with business stakeholders, CRM teams, architects, and downstream system owners.
* Understand integration requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions.
* Participate in technical discussions and solution planning.

8. Deployment & Release Management

* Support CI/CD processes, deployment activities, and release management.
* Work with Azure DevOps and source control tools.
* Participate in testing, sprint planning, estimation, and production support activities.

9. Documentation, Security & Compliance

* Create and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, support guides, and operational runbooks.
* Ensure integrations comply with security, governance, and data privacy standards.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of integration processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Minimum 6+ years of experience in CRM integration development and support.
* Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM.
* Hands-on experience with Dataverse, CRM APIs, and D365 data model.
* Strong knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF).
* Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Event Grid.
* Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs.
* Knowledge of JSON, OAuth, and OpenAPI/Swagger.
* Strong SQL query development and data transformation skills.
* Experience with Azure DevOps and source control tools.
* Good understanding of CI/CD, deployment, and release management.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Understanding of security, governance, and data privacy standards.
* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Preferred Candidate:

* Strong experience in enterprise CRM integration development and support.
* Good understanding of real-time and batch integration patterns.
* Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple integration requirements and production support activities.
* Comfortable working in the 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift.
