Oppo is hiring Regional Trainer
Experience:
- Any graduate with minimum 1 year of sales training experience
- MBA freshers can also apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver classroom, virtual & OJT training
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA)
- Manage sales promoters onboarding, OJT & handholding
- Deliver product, sales & soft skills training
- Support promoters with market visits
- Ensure LMS usage and track training effectiveness
- Required coordination with sales team
- Location: Cochin, Wayanad & Trivandrum
