Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant – AI Solutions

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant to join our AI Solutions practice. You will work at the intersection of Oracle Fusion functional configuration and AI-powered automation, supporting the design and delivery of intelligent agent-based solutions across Supply Chain, Finance, and HR/Payroll domains. This role is core to our Oracle AI Agent Studio delivery capability.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead functional configuration and solution design for Oracle Fusion modules across SCM, Finance, and HCM/Payroll.
• Translate complex business processes into Oracle AI Agent Studio tool definitions, flows, and configurations.
• Design and validate BIP reports, REST API payloads, and ORDS-ready data specifications for agent integrations.
• Conduct requirement workshops, solution blueprinting, and gap analysis with client stakeholders.
• Define and document agent use cases, data flows, and test scenarios for AI-driven automation.
• Collaborate with Oracle technical consultants to ensure functional specifications are accurately implemented.
• Support UAT, defect resolution, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Stay current on Oracle Fusion quarterly releases and AI Agent Studio capability updates.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7–10 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion implementation experience.
• Strong functional depth in at least two of the following areas: Procurement/SCM, Finance (AP/AR/GL), and HCM/Payroll.
• Experience with Oracle BIP report design and awareness of Fusion REST APIs.
• Understanding of Oracle Agent Studio, or the willingness to rapidly learn agent configuration.
• Familiarity with Fusion data models, security (data roles and BPM), and ESS job submission concepts.
• Strong documentation and client communication skills.
• Experience in end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering through UAT.

Nice to Have
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for Fusion integration patterns.
• Experience with ORDS REST endpoints or Fusion customisation via PL/SQL.
• Prior experience working on AI, automation, or digital transformation projects within the Oracle ecosystem.
• Oracle Cloud certification in relevant modules.
