The role requires an independent professional capable of leading functional teams, possessing rich consulting experience in the supply chain industry, and demonstrating deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate qualification (CA/B.E/B. Tech/MCA/M-Tech/MSc./MBA/MCOM/CA (Inter)/ICWA (Inter)). Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment, excellent communication skills, and excellent planning skills.
Skills
- Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management and Procurement Functional (Procurement, Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, Costing, PIM, Manufacturing, Planning, Maintenance). Hands-on implementation experience of Oracle Cloud SCM.
Responsibilities
- Playing the role of Performance Manager, functional Solution architect, and Module/Domain Lead
- leading end-to-end project delivery within budget and with high customer satisfaction
- taking ownership of client presentations
- engaging in multiple projects
- mentoring the team
- running practice-level initiatives (training, recruitment, quality, innovation)
- understanding business requirements and functional specification documents
- producing artifacts like fit-gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and training documents.
