Role Summary
The role involves development, scale-up and optimization of continuous flow chemistry processes with a focus on efficiency, safety and innovation, while partnering with R&D, ADL and Engineering to develop new products, generate process data and implement advanced technologies.

- Scale-up, design and commercialization of flow processes.

- Understanding of Process Safety data for risk management and Engineering and Design calculations.
- Literature reviews, patent searches and technical data evaluation.
- Hands-on experience with flow reactors and glassware.
- Cross-functional delivery with R&D, ADL & Engineering; tech transfer.
