Key Skill or Job Description:
Drive Business Process Improvement using Lean, ToC & Six Sigma methodologies.
Lead Lean Six Sigma training & coaching to build a culture of Continuous Improvement.
Enable horizontal deployment of OE best practices across global sites and functions.
Leverage data analytics & diagnostics to drive Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery & Safety improvements.
Partner with F.I. & Daily Management teams to improve critical KPIs and deliver financial savings.
Develop and deploy Operational Excellence models, standards & corporate initiatives across functions.
Support the digital transformation journey through strategic and tactical digital use-case deployment.
Drive OE governance, Kaizen initiatives & KPI competitions to sustain performance excellence.
