Platform System Specialist – Github Admin (Immediate joiners)

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Github and Azure DevOps Administrator to manage, secure, and optimize our Azure DevOps environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure DevOps administration, security, integrations, extension management, and repository governance, with a strong focus on operational excellence and compliance.

Key Skills
Identity and user lifecycle: Microsoft Entra ID, SAML SSO, SCIM provisioning/deprovisioning, group or team synchronization, MFA, and access reviews, Enterprise Managed Users (EMU) and its centralized identity model.

GitHub Enterprise administration: Enterprise and organization settings, repository permissions, teams, rulesets or branch protection, audit logs, security policies, GitHub Apps, and enterprise-wide governance.

Azure DevOps administration: Organizations, projects, teams, permissions, inherited access, service connections, agent pools, artifacts, and project or organization policies.

CI/CD operations: GitHub Actions and Azure Pipelines, IssueOps, including self-hosted runners/agents, secure secrets, pipeline permissions, troubleshooting, and capacity management.

Security and compliance: Least privilege, credential and secret handling, audit evidence, vulnerability or policy controls, incident response, and familiarity with relevant compliance requirements.

Automation and integrations: PowerShell, JavaScript, REST APIs, and automation for onboarding, access changes, reporting, or policy enforcement.

Enterprise support and change management: Supporting multiple teams or business units, diagnosing access and pipeline issues, documenting standards, and handling migrations or platform changes safely.
