Product Coordinator & Analyst

– Experience in preparing and delivering presentations and product demonstrations to customers and stakeholders.
– Experience collaborating closely with Development and Engineering teams.
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions.
– Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
– Knowledge of or exposure to Business Management is an added advantage.
– Understanding of AI platforms and concepts, with familiarity in applying AI to work processes, is an added advantage.
– Experience in the L & D domain as an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:
– Product Expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of the software product, including its features and capabilities. Prepare and deliver product demonstrations to internal and external audiences as required.
– Requirements Detailing and Documentation: Conceptualize user scenarios and document them through workflows and wireframes. Define business use cases and success criteria for new features.
– Product Coordination and Sprint Execution: Support the planning, tracking, execution, and delivery of sprints. Collaborate with the Engineering team on product backlog grooming, feature discussions, mockup reviews, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
– User Experience Research: Interview existing customers and potential users to gather feedback on the product. Collaborate with the Customer Support team to understand customer insights and assist with feature-related queries when required.
– Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate closely with internal product teams and collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to facilitate product upgrades and feature releases. Work closely with the Development team to understand feature implementation and ensure alignment between product requirements and technical execution.
