Project Lead/Project Manager

About the Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager with strong delivery discipline and excellent communication skills. You’ll own projects end to end, from requirements to release, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities
Be the primary client contact: run meetings, demos, and status reviews.
Gather and document requirements, user stories, and change requests (business analysis).
Oversee QA: review test plans, track defects, and ensure quality releases.
Plan and deliver projects using Agile/Scrum; track timelines, budgets, and risks.
Lead developers, testers, and designers; run sprint ceremonies and remove blockers.
Manage client expectations, handle escalations, and support account growth.
Use AI tools to improve documentation, requirement analysis, test case generation, and reporting.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of project management experience, with hands-on exposure to QA and business analysis.
Proven client-facing experience, preferably with international clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum and the SDLC.
Experience with BRD/SRS, user stories, and UAT.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for PM, BA, and QA work.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
