Project/Program Manager

What You’ll Do
• Run end-to-end integration programs across the Consent, Discover, Vendor, Privacy Governance, and Breach Management modules.
• Build the integration plan, RACI, and milestone tracker for each enterprise account; chair weekly steerco with customer and internal stakeholders.
• Translate customer architecture, security, and DPDPA requirements into clear product/engineering asks; unblock API, SDK, SSO, and deployment issues.
• Coordinate across customer IT/InfoSec, Redacto engineering, product, and CS to keep timelines and quality on track.
• Own integration playbooks, runbooks, and post-go-live health metrics (TTV, adoption, NRR signals).
• Surface recurring friction back to product as roadmap input.
You Bring
• 5+ years in TPM, solutions engineering, or integration delivery for B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Hands-on grasp of REST APIs, webhooks, SSO/SAML/OIDC, and SaaS vs. on-prem vs. hybrid deployment trade-offs.
• Track record of shipping integrations into BFSI, fintech, or regulated enterprises in India.
• Strong written communication; calm under enterprise escalations; bias for closure.
• Comfort operating at startup pace with shifting priorities.
Skills
• Technical Understanding: REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, Postman; SSO (SAML/OIDC/OAuth2); basic SQL and scripting; reading logs and triaging failures.
• Deployment: SaaS, on-prem (VPC/Kubernetes), and hybrid deployments; cloud familiarity across AWS/GCP/Azure; networking, databases.
• Domain: DPDPA, data privacy.
• Program: Agile/Scrum, RACI, risk and dependency tracking; fluent in Jira, Confluence, Linear, Notion; structured written updates.
• Stakeholder: Executive-level customer communication, escalation handling, expectation setting, and steerco facilitation.
Bonus
• Background in privacy, security, IAM, or compliance products.
• Familiarity with DPDPA, GDPR, or ISO 27701.
• Prior exposure to consent management or data discovery tooling.
