Job Location: Mumbai
Key Skill or Job Description:
- Monitor and coordinate manufacturing processes and plant operations.
- Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of production and process equipment.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Safety and other departments.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify operational/process-related issues.
- Support troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Prepare and review daily production and process performance reports.
- Support process improvement, productivity enhancement and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Assist in plant modifications, commissioning, trials and improvement projects.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, quality requirements and statutory norms.
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities in coordination with the Maintenance team.
- Monitor equipment reliability and recommend improvements wherever required.
- Participate in HAZOP, risk assessments and other process safety activities.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and process plant operations.
- Good understanding of mechanical equipment used in process industries.
- Knowledge of plant maintenance, equipment reliability and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good coordination and team-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and preparation of MIS reports.
Preferred Industry
Experience in Fertilizer, Chemical, Phosphatic Fertilizer or other Process Manufacturing Industries will be preferred.
